Jon Flatt – Chief Executive Officer

Jon Flatt, the founder and CEO of RMM Online Advertising, was first exposed to the opportunities presented by the internet in 1997 while working as a recording artist with Atlantic Records. In 1999, Jon capitalized upon this exposure and made the transition from a musician to an online advertising entrepreneur. Based in Austin, Texas, Jon honed his skills and created a knowledge base in the areas of sales, business development and internet marketing while working with Mall.com and Just4biz.com. In 2003, Jon leveraged this foundation to launch start-up WholesaleClicks.com, an internet advertising company with a post internet bubble business mentality.

In 2005, Jon moved his vision forward as he partnered with radio broadcasting pioneer, Red McCombs, who made an investment in Jon's vision and rebranded the company RMM Online Advertising. Since this partnership, the company has flourished as Jon has built this new world company on the old school principles of outstanding client service and employee accountability. Jon, his wife and three children live in beautiful downtown Austin, TX.

Scott Friesen – Chief Operating Officer

Scott brings over 10 years experience as an entrepreneur and executive in the technology and online media industries. His first venture was a technology consulting business, Duration Software, which he lead and helped grow before the company was sold to a publicly traded technology consultancy. Until 2006, he ran their consulting division, then left to pursue new entrepreneurial ventures. Soon after leaving he co-founded Media Engine Group, a technology provider for online media, before selling the company to RMM Online Advertising.

Since 2007, Scott has served as the Chief Operating Officer at RMM Online Advertising and is most passionate about the ROI they are able to deliver to their clients. Scott enjoys running and hanging out with his wife and two children.

Sherri Holland – Chief Financial Officer

Sherri has over 15 years of financial management expertise filling key leadership roles in fast growing companies. Prior to joining RMM Online Advertising she served as Director of Finance for an Inc. 500 IT Services company. She came to RMM in 2006 drawn by the company’s entrepreneurial spirit and absolute dedication to being the best. During her tenure at RMM Online Advertising, she led the acquisition and integration of three companies as well contributing to the overall leadership of the company and its financial management.

Sherri is a lifelong resident of Austin and has been blissfully married to her husband Mack for 12 years. Both are avid readers and wine collectors.

Lise Hudson – Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Lise has over 15 years of experience in media sales and marketing. As a Director of Sales for a major broadcasting company she brings strong expertise in media, marketing and positioning strategy. Recognizing that the web has revolutionized information and media consumption, Lise appreciates that the rapid change in the industry presents both a challenge and an opportunity for advertisers. She joined RMM Online Advertising because of its philosophy… it’s about people; it's our clients and our employees that make us successful.

She is excited to be a part of a company that is fast paced and constantly evolving. Lise enjoys her large family with lots of kids, dogs and horses while living in the scenic Hill Country near Austin.

Sam Moffett – Vice President, Media Operations

As VP of Media Operations, Sam manages the company’s media operations, ensuring the fulfillment of all business across the display advertising and search marketing departments. Additionally, he is responsible for the ongoing development of the RMM Advertising Network. Prior to joining RMM Online Advertising, he was a Promotions Director at Clear Channel Radio where he developed marketing strategy and created promotional opportunities for sports talk and adult contemporary formats.

Realizing the potential of the rising online advertising industry, Sam left Clear Channel in October 2005 to join RMM Online Advertising. Sam holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin. In his free time, he enjoys running, biking, climbing and traveling.

Bill Roberson - Vice President, Traffic Operations

As Vice President of Traffic Operations, Bill and his team have been instrumental in developing internal procedures and reporting infrastructure as well as trafficking systems to allow for quick campaign deployment. Prior to joining RMM, where he’s called home for three years, Bill spent five years as an Account Manager at Dell Inc. servicing large to medium sized businesses.

Bill enjoys golf, soccer, the outdoors and time with his wife and three children.
